Need 5 meter IC between pre and amp - Budget appox. $1000

I need a long IC (RCA) between my pre (which will probably be a Shindo Monbrison, LAMM LL2 or Cary SLP 98P) and Quickie Triodes. I am thinking about Quicksilver IC's at $100 per meter. Any other suggestions up to around $1000 or so? What about Synergistic alpha sterling? The IC should not be very fragile. Speakers are Merlin VSM's.
