Magnan Silver Bronze ICs compared to Nordost Red Dawn

Hi all,
Does anybody have experience with Magnan silver bronze ICs compared to Nordost Red Dawn? I have Magnan Vi's source to pre and and Ag-Bronze pre to amp and it sounds wonderful, but the loss in gain with the Magnan (Highly resistive) is a problem. I'd like to upgrade the Vi's but am afraid I'd lose so much gain I'd be out of the game, so I was thinking about the Red Dawn.
