An authentic XLO Reference 2 Type 10A power cord features two black live conductors, two white neutral conductors, two green ground conductors, and a bare (uninsulated) drain wire for the foil shield. The foil shield floats at the AC plug end, which means the drain wire is *not* connected to the AC plug's ground prong (only the two green ground conductors are). The drain wire *is* connected to IEC connector's ground termination slot along with the two green ground conductors.
