I have my subwoofers crossed over at
~200Hz Linkwitz-Riley second order so
it's close to a first order crossover.
I had a couple of 1M Harmonic Technology
Pro-Silway barrelled together per channel
for a musical sound but not very deep bass.
I would like to free them up for
other uses that they are better at.
I tried Monster Subwoofer ICs which went
very deep BUT they didn't do much above 100Hz.
Just got some Better Cables full range ICs
their bass went as deep as the Monsters
and transitioned well to my speakers BUT
they have a hum problen that is bothersome.
Looking for recommendations for well shielded
ICs with deep bass and articulate midrange.
BTW Better Cables are silverplated copper.
Thinking of Harmonic Technology TruthLinks.
Budget Minded Recommendations Please.
Meaning No $500 Plus Cables !Thank You
