Does BFA plug fit tightly into binding post or receiver?

Hi,
I am frustrating with banana plug (leaf type). After using it for while, the leaf is kind of flat...not tightly fit to the binding post anymore. I heard about bfa, but i would like to hear from your own experience. Does BFA work well? I like to get a whole bunch of these for my hometheater.
