...strip whatever lengths you require off each of the 8 conductors, wind the blacks together, wind the reds together, and crimp on the spades. I love the soft, direct-gold-over-copper or direct-silver-over-copper AQ spades, but use whatever you like, including nothing but a little solder to keep the conductors together. Finish with some heatshrink, or not. Yours might look something like these.
