.........it is all about system synergy/tuning.Yes using the same plug on more than one component, or on a component that is already bright/brash to begin with, may push your system overboard in terms of "brightness" or what can be confused as "clarity"
Using say an Oyaide plug on your CD player would flesh out it's response and would be a good way to gain inner clarity/focus in conjuntion with the silver WattGate.
I have a VERY interesting story about Oyaide's and their effect on ones system, even when pressed into service for "mundane" duty!!
