When my Krell KSA-250 was delivered with one channel mute, I called the company, and while talking to the CEO, I pulled the cover and peered inside. Within seconds I found the problem--the output had been wired in a dead-short configuration.Mr. Honcho was himself mute when I inquired as to how the amp could have left the factory in such a condition, given the company's claim that every example was burned in prior to shipment!
