I too have been a Pure Note customer dating back to before the Pure Note name. Back then they were known as Audiodyne and in fact the Audiodyne "Benchmark" was the cable that was later re-launched as the first cable under the Pure Note name, "Signature".I'm happy to see that you tried out the "Titanium". I really wanted to hear about what these babies can do vs. the Paragon (Enhanced) and the Cerulean.
I think these guys have been way ahead of the curve irrespective of price. I recently finally "upgraded" from the 'Cerulean' to the 'Paragon(enhanced)' and while the Paragon is strikingly quieter and a bit more extended, I am more impressed with how wonderful the Ceruleans are still to this day when compared to many of the cables I have cycled through recently just to try out.
With that said, I will look for your further comments about the "Titanium" as they continue to break in. At nearly 4x the price of the Paragon, I will not likely buy them anytime soon, but it would still be great to hear about the progress.
One question, do you have the cables elevated or are they sitting directly on a carpet or floor? The reason I ask is that after elevating all of my cables off the carpet onto ceramic insulators, I found the Cerulean and Paragon to be nearly identical. It seems that both were affected by the trace static electricity from the carpet. perhaps the Cerulean to a greater degree, since it seems the gap in sonics between the two was diminished.
Cheers,
