Question for you AC connector listeners...

Can you hear a difference with those expensive receptacles and plugs if you use a AC regenerator like a PS Audio or Exactpower.

I guess the plugs after the regenerator should make a difference, but what about the ones before it, do they really matter.
I am using a regular hospital grade receptacle to feed my Exactpower and was wondering if its worth upgrading.
