Normally, you would want to separate the two pairs (the LF pair and the HF pair) from each other as much as possible, but obviously, they must come together at the amp terminals.You could use one spade, and crimp the HF and LF sections together at the amp, but this would make the whole assembly unwieldy, so using two spades under each amp terminal is the next best alternative.
