For $'s well under your budget, you can build two pairs of cryo'd Vampire CCC-II interconnect cables terminated with Furutech FP-162 RCA connectors. The cable is flexible enough for a DIY phono cable project, and it's dual shielded twisted pair design is suitable for a sensitive low-level phono signal.
