Are you still using the stock power cord with the A5 CDp? I highly recommend using an aftermarket cord with the player. Also recommend isolation devices. I've been using Herbies Audio Lab products with quite satisfying results. Have used both the Tenderfeet and the Iso Cups. Haven't decided which I like best, though the Tenderfeet seem to stayed put for the time being.
