Are you sure you are deficient, and not just getting more accurate bass - less boom with the JPS Labs? I have not used their Power Cords, so I cannot speak from experience there, just from the IC and Speaker Cables.
Give Joe a call as he suggested. When I was considering JPS Labs cables, I also called him and had a very nice long discussion about my setup, his cables, and what to expect. In fact, about 1 month after purchasing my first set of IC's, I purchased some new ones, and had the opportunity to compare new against "broken in". And sure enough, the change was exactly what Joe explained to me would occur.
