Paul Speltz's anti-cables work amazingly well, and would cost 1/10th (or less) of what you are prepared to spend. In bulk, they are $1.25 per foot. I've never tested these head-to-head with mega buck cables, but i'd bet you could spend that $ in other areas and be really, really happy. Lots of good comments about Chris Venhaus' CheLa cable too, its pricey if that's what you like.
