what is wrong with using a couple of pairs from some telfon cat5 or 6 its 4 9's ofc?
If you need it screened get a few foot of HQ heavy cored coax and replace the centre conductor with the twisted pair.
unless you need to maintain 600 ohms in which case your gonna have to use the proper cable.
