Price is $1100! How many will read that page and still think it's a good investment? I never saw a product with so many warnings and conditions. It seems they only want the cream of the crop, customers entirely self reliant, who won't dare to bother them with questions. According to them, the instructions cover everything, the entire gamut of cartridge set up. The whole thing is very strange.I love this one!

It's actually a good answer. But the question does bring up an important point. You've been mounting cartridges for years without this device. You think you do a pretty good job. After all, the music sounds great. Will using this device propel you up towards analog heaven? Will the improvement be so striking, so ethereal that anyone can hear it?
Maybe the purpose of their warnings is to lower expectations and discourage all but the very high-end obsessives who demand no less than PERFECTION. Of course, they'll still be miserable...
