Dang. I couldn't remember my user name and password so got that working again but only got so far as I needed to link a payment method for potential buyers. I started to enter the payment info but backed out. Prefer not to, just to test it out.
Sorry I couldn't help but for what it's worth I did see the screen to choose the pay now or pay later option (at the bottom) using the quick listing method.
Epic fail to help you I'm afraid.
